A Goal: To stay healthy & to enjoy and appreciate each day.
Brag Box: I was on the Junior National Team in Modern Pentathlon for the 1976 and 1977 World Games. One of my favorite awards I've earned over the years is my 2,500 mile medal from HS X-Country. As a miner in Nome, Alaska, I lived in a tent and survived 30+ below zero weather for months. I have had a job ever since I was 16.

1.Brother, Neil, took 3rd in the World Games.

2.Brother, Dean has a Silver Medal from the '84 Olympics
3.Brother, Alan, is a bigwig in the health business.
4.My dad was the over 80 champion, 100yd free, in the 2003 Masters' Nationals. My mom, is his favorite cheerleader.
5. I was a runner when running shoes were invented. I was a swimmer when swimming goggles were invented.
